SFU and UBC engineering graduates who graduated in the Fall of 2025 should register as Student Candidates.

• November 15, 2025

  Postgraduate application and registration opens.

  We verify your eligibility and notify you on the results. 

• November 15, 2025

  Approved postgraduate candidates will be provided a password to register and pay for a ticket via Showpass.

  You must complete this step to finalize your application.

• January 2, 2026

  Ticket sale for Ring Presenter and Guest ticket starts.

• January 31, 2026

  Last day for Showpass registration and payment.

• April 1, 2026

  Last day to purchase any guest tickets, while quantities last.

• April 1, 2026

  Attend the Ceremony at at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre!  The ceremony will take place in the evening.

  Complete your obligation and obtain your ring.

• April 15, 2026

  2026 Spring obligants will have one month to exchange for a different size for free.   

  Submit a request online for ring exchange.   Details will be posted after the ceremony.
