It is a current Camp 5 policy that all Guest Ring Presenters and Other Guests must be obligated engineers.
Guest Ring Presenters are nominated by candidates (a Guest Ring Presenter would have a close personal relationship with a candidate). A verification of the obligation status of a nominated Guest Ring Presenter and their relationship to the nominating candidate will be carried out by Camp 5 in the weeks preceding the actual day of the Obligation Ceremony.
Other Guests are invited by the Camp 5 Wardens.
