Camp 5 has a privacy policy relating to all information collected by or submitted to Camp 5. A copy of the full policy may be obtained by sending an e-mail to the Camp (see Contact Us).
In summary we use the information you provide about yourself and the information we collect about you solely for the conduct of Camp 5 business. We do not disseminate such information to third parties – except to the Corporation of Seven Wardens or another camp in specific ways as follows.
We provide the Corporation of the Seven Wardens required information relating to its national database (obligation number, name, institution, program, ring size, ceremony date – not email and mailing addresses); and we share information with another camp if your enquiries to Camp 5 or another camp involve both camps (e.g. obligation at one camp, ring replacement at another camp).
We do not share your e-mail and mailing addresses with third parties. We use these solely to communicate with you or to mail you items relating to Camp 5 administration and activities – such as applications, registrations, fee correspondence, ring and certificate delivery, ring exchanges and ring replacements.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.
To protect your privacy and security, we will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections.
