Camp 5 has instituted a robust process to consider and deal with concerns and complaints in a prompt and impartial manner. If you have a concern or complaint relating to Camp 5 or to any of its Wardens or Alternate Wardens in undertaking their camp-related duties, please write in confidence to the Chief Warden, Neil Singh, P.Eng.; or, if you prefer, to the appointed Ombudsperson, Tameeza Jivraj, P.Eng. [See Contact Us for the relevant e-mail addresses.]
As a follow-up to your complaint, you will initially be contacted regarding the process of giving due consideration to your complaint, and subsequently regarding the disposition of your complaint. Any complaint that is not resolved within the Camp may be directed by the complainant to the Corporation – by writing in confidence to the Chief Warden of the Corporation. The Corporation of the Seven Wardens is the governing body with responsibility for all camps across Canada, including Camp 5.
