Please review postgraduate candidates eligibility before you apply.

SFU and UBC engineering graduates who graduated or are graduating in the Fall of 2022 should register as Student Candidates.

• November 1, 2022 

  Complete the postgraduate application form on our website and email Camp 5 with supporting document(s).

  We verify your eligibility and notify you on the results. 

• November 7, 2022

  Approved postgraduate candidates can use payment link shared to completed the application process.

  You must complete this step to finalize your application.

• December 31, 2022

  Last day for you to apply for the 2023 ceremony as a postgraduate candidate.

• January 15, 2023

  Last day for approved postgraduate candidate to complete online payment.

• February – March, 2023

  Registration for guest ring presenters opens up online.    

• March 1, 2023

  We will host an online ceremony briefing webinar to provide more details about the Ceremony. 

  Please check your registration e-mail for your invitation.

• March 30, 2023

  Attend the Ceremony at the Vancouver Convention Centre! The ceremony will take place in the afternoon to early evening.

  Complete your obligation and obtain your ring.

• April 30, 2023

  2023 obligants will have one month to exchange for a different size for free.  

  Submit a request online for ring exchange.   Details will be posted after the ceremony.
